Please note when ordering software.
Before inserting your software serial number, please check that the serial number of the product has been saved properly on your PC To do this simply open the software, note the serial number, close it and re- open If the serial number is the same then proceed to enter it in the shopping cart.
If the serial numbrr is different then it means the software has not been loaded with admin rights This can happen even when there is only one user depending on your security settings. To correct the problem, right click on the CalcWiz or CircuitWiz desktop icon and select Open as....Administrator. The serial number should then remain the same and can be entered in to the shopping cart.
When you receive your unlock code you will need to right click, Open as Admin again or the unlock code may not save. After that the software can be opened normally without the admin rights.
